Eid is a licensed Structural Engineer with over 16 years of experience in structural engineering across the residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. He has successfully delivered a wide range of projects, including new structural designs as well as modifications and evaluations of existing structures. Dr. Khowitar is highly proficient in the use of various structural materials, including reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, steel, masonry, and wood.
As a recent addition to SCI, Dr. Khowitar strengthens the firm’s commitment to technical excellence, bringing a practical, cost-efficient approach to structural solutions that aligns with SCI’s focus on delivering value-driven results for clients.
